One of my biggest issues with fitness industry leadership is the clustering that occurs at the top and bottom of the knowledge pool.
There seem to be three prominent groups with increasing distinctions over time, and everyone in the bottom tier (most of the population) is left to flail about in confusion and uneasiness year after year.
I very clearly see the scientific elite, the social leaders, and the general population.
I also very clearly see how this causes a giant problem in terms of making any tangible changes towards helping people improve their education about fitness-related concepts in a more efficient manner. [Read more…]
